    • Urinary retention
    • Dry mouth
    • Confusion

    • Seizures
  • Antihistaminergic symptoms 
    • Sedation
  • Alpha-blocking effects
    • Orthostatic hypotension
  • Leucopenia 
  • Increased prolactin secretion 
    • Amenorrhoea
    • Galactorrhoea
    • Sexual dysfunction
  • Weight gain
  • Obstructive jaundice 
  • Retinitis pigmentosa (with thioridazine >600 mg/d), 
  • Allergic dermatitis / photosensitivity
  • Neuroleptic malignant syndrome
